Cutting plotter PL-1000-P

PL-1000-P is a machine gifted of high precision in the cutting of laminated.

Provided of an work-zone 1000x800x100, PL-1000-P is supplied of electric-spindle at 20.000 rotation (complete of aspiration of residual shaving) ,that allows to obtain a optimal finishing of cutting, the axes’movement, realized only with recirculation of spheres, guarantees an high outline’s precision.

For the fastening of the materials,PL-1000-P is proposed in the standard version, with  fastening by mean to the pneumatic stapled, or in the version Vacuum-System.

At difference of PL-1000-P, the PL-1000-P is an numerical control  that executes all type of  three-dimensional structures, in fact working on 3 interpolate axes and thanks to the flexibility in the input data (executes file iso,dxf, ijes,and other format at request ) can be used to the milling of all complex structures.

This system finds application in several fields, for example:

·               Cutting and incision of plastic and metal laminates

·               Making of plaque and advertising signs

·               Dimes of comparision and copying

·               Making of cavity on leather soles for injection antislip and following appllication of adhesive

·               Cutting on models on cardboard of fibra
